I've carried this passion into my professional life, as a junior manager at a FEC firm, Landmark Leisure’s. Here, I witnessed firsthand how small changes could lead to significant improvements. I pride myself on my proactive approach to customer service, anticipating needs and offering solutions before they escalate into problems.At Landmark Leisure’s, I started as a Customer Service Representative, helping with store operations. Currently, I am working as team leader. In this role I honed my skills in Store Operations, Inventory management, effective resource allocation, team management, staff training and driving sales.
