Gradeable is a learning analytics company for K-12 schools. Students can get feedback on a proof, project or poem, as they do not learn as effectively via standardized tests. Early customers included Teach for America and Providence, RI Public Schools.

Replaced a team of 5 developers after layoff and acquisition of the company by Bertelsmann. Responsible for maintaining Perl, email server, and web content applications, managing CMS and developing new web applications in collaboration with the editorial teams.Monitored website for outages, security breaches, and user issues, including sharing beeper duty.After subsequent acquisition of the company by Mansueto Ventures, led server, software, and hosting provider migration, including selection of new vendors, hiring and overseeing a team of 3 engineers and several contractors, and maintaining uptime throughout.

Developed data-intensive web applications using Javascript and web scripting languages for clients such as State Street Bank, Estee Lauder International, and McKinsey & Co.Built sales pitch proof of concepts winning over $10M in new business.
