With one & a half decades experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing, I am a confident, ambitious, and performance-driven professional who strives to excel in the creative and challenging field of healthcare. I have successfully launched and managed the flagship brands Exemptia, the first ever biosimilar of adalimumab, and Bilypsa (Saroglitazar), the first ever NCE by an Indian company and the first drug to be approved anywhere in the world for NAFLD & NASH. I have also conceptualized and led multiple novel initiatives focused on engaging key doctors, therapy awareness, market creation, and patient management at the national and global level. Additionally, I serve as the office bearer and lead of the Pharmaceutical Council, WICCI , where I collaborate with industry peers and stakeholders to advance the interests and goals of the sector. I enjoy working with individuals at all levels from diverse cultures and disciplines, and I have a positive and supportive attitude towards work and life. I am open to challenges and comfortable in leading and working in teams. I have considerable experience of working under pressure and always ready to go that extra mile.
