I'm currently working on a hotel and hospitality project with the project team that occupies about 18,000 square meters of GFA including a target to achieve a LEED & WELL gold certificate. In addition to closely reporting the assigned projects to the Project Client and Operator, I actively participated in and coordinated project management, setting, bidding, cost tracking, and construction Programme monitoring.

in 2022, I performed the role of project manager on Iron Mountain (Thailad) IC 6 Phase 2, 2022. to managed the projects to complete in a tight timeline. I was involved and coordination for project setting, bidding, cost tracking, monitoring as well as reporting the assigned projects to the client closely.Role and responsibility - Working with all level for project management as owner’s representative on controlling and managing construction cost base on project budget which according to design standard.- Works with various senior managers and leaders to lay out project implementation guidelines and plan for manpower and/or other resource requirements.- Controls and ensures assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting client needs, business objectives and design guidelines.- Coordinated with consultant team: Client’s PM, QS , design teams , architect and suppliers.- Coordinated among Project management team, related consultants: various design teams, Overall scheduling, Investment budget, Cost and time control, Procurement, Practical inspection and go lives.- Oversee on site monitoring and managing of construction projects to ensure projects are completed on schedule as per budget controlling and meet the quality target.- Review and establish other consultant contracts, design drawing, decorative elements, M&E , AV , material specification , appliances and equipment's by working based on an assigned budget.
