At Namkeen-e-Bazaar, I embarked on an entrepreneurial journey to create an e-commerce platform for Indore's renowned namkeen (snacks). The goal was to solve a gap in the market by providing customers with a single, convenient platform to purchase authentic, high-quality namkeen from multiple trusted local brands.I led the development of a complete website using WordPress, overseeing both backend deployment and basic HTTPS integration. Initially, I worked with a team to launch and promote the platform. However, challenges began to arise, including the fluctuating prices of products and execution hurdles. Additionally, as team members gradually became less involved, I took on nearly all responsibilities, managing operations, marketing, and customer support independently.Although Namkeen-e-Bazaar eventually closed, it taught me invaluable lessons in project management, adaptability, and the importance of a resilient team in scaling a business.
