To review and accept/deny applications for loans as per the product policy.• To investigate applicants' credit histories based on CIBIL report, repayment track record and internal credit performance check system. Ensuring that loan is sanctioned to those who are capable to pay the money back. • Responsible for the application process and TAT from login to disbursement.• Manage the entire team involved in the Credit Appraisal Process.• Training the team involved in credit underwriting and sourcing partners.• Co-ordinating with Field Investigation and Risk Unit agency for processing the application.• To monitor nonstarters/Cheque bounce trends, maintain adequate knowledge of channels and their sourcing pattern.• Preparation of MIS, liaise and resolve all loan sanction issues with respect to documentation, compliance and customer issues.
