With over 13 years of work experience in project and operations management, I am currently the Program Management Office Manager at Capgemini, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, and technology services. In this role, I oversee the PMO services for multiple clients across various domains, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions within budget and timeline. I also manage the PMO team, providing them with guidance, training, and feedback. Some of my key achievements include securing a large contract with a major bank, improving the PMO processes and tools, and enhancing the customer satisfaction and retention rates. Prior to joining Capgemini, I was a Senior PMO Analyst at Temenos, a leading software provider for the banking and financial sector, where I supported the implementation of core banking solutions for several clients. I also have experience as an Assistant Manager at Tata Communications, where I handled the billing and invoicing operations for a telecom project. I have a Master of Commerce degree in Finance from Madras University and I possess strong skills in project management, operations management, PMO services, and finance. I am passionate about delivering value to my clients and stakeholders, and I strive to continuously learn and improve my skills and knowledge.
