As a Senior Systems Engineer at Infosys, I led the Telstra Legacy DevOps offshore team in the Global Engineering Services space, ensuring the seamless functioning of 5 software applications with zero slippage. Apart from the operational and business improvement activities such as incident and change management, password resets, server reboots and SSL certificate renewals, I was also in charge of biweekly client calls, monthly Governance meetings and daily team stand-ups that ensured transparency among all stakeholders.
