• Managing the recruitment life-cycle in line with the clients, recruiting practice and process.• Sourcing the best talent for excellent profiles from diverse sources after understanding the client requirement with respect to existing business activities, organization structure, culture and future growth plans, job requirement laying special focus on job description and specification.• Strategizing the work by putting the focus on positions with high priority and getting the closures within the time limit and providing the best services to the client.• Conduct recruitment from mid to senior executive level for MNC’s in construction, automotive, healthcare, logistics, legal, oil& gas and many other industries.• Talent acquisition through head hunting, referencing, market mapping, industry mapping, using job portals like, Naukri, Monster, social networking sites like Linked-In, Facebook etc.• Conducting telephonic interviews, Screening, testing and assessing the prospective candidates.• Inform applicants of job duties and responsibilities, compensation and benefits, work schedules and working conditions, company policies, promotional opportunities etc. Build and maintain candidate relationships to ensure a consistent talent pipeline.• Following up strongly with the candidates to line them up for the interviews and making sure that they reach the venue on time and side by side with the client asking for the feedback to get the closures• Involved in negotiating the salary between the client and the candidate• Conduct reference checks on behalf of the client, if required.• Building up relationship with the placed candidates by calling them up on regular basis for job satisfaction.• Calling up a candidate and informing them if they have been successful or unsuccessful in their application.• Receiving and reading through the CVs that job seekers have sent in to the recruitment agency.
