As Managing Director APAC for Mindset, I head Mindset in for Asia Pacific starting by setting up India offices in Bangalore and Hyderabad. India team has delivered several projects including creating SAP applications for key customers of Mindset, creating products of Mindset and setting up centers of excellence in latest technology topics of SAP including SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP). Drove adoption of SAP’s flagship ERP product via launches and direct programs for sales and pre-sales. Delivered strategic transformation programs for product success. Member of extended leadership team of ‘SAP S/4HANA Product Management (PM) and Co-innovation’. Led customer co-innovation driving processes to roll in customer requirements to build “customer service” in cloud ERP. Launched finance, manufacturing and service management cloud ERP across different releases of SAP’s flagship cloud ERP product, SAP S/4HANA. Transformed Product Management, Product development/engineering and go-to-market to create value-based roadmaps with SAP S/4HANA roadmaps that was later adopted throughout SAP. Ran the monthly portfolio in SAP S/4HANA, bridging global sales-presales leadership with Product Managers across the SAP’s flagship ERP or Intelligent Enterprise product rolling in product requirements from all regions globally. Ran regional planning and provided guidance to regional sales leaders regarding SAP S/4HANA Cloud potential customer segments and rolling in regional requirements for product requirements. Presented product strategy to key customers, key SAP event Sapphire, product specific and new hires training, SAP Mentors, SAP partners.

Led HR & Legal IT functions aligning stakeholders around IT and business strategy as well as driving business process changes and change management together with HR / Legal management. Headed the team that was responsible for re-engineering and rolling out new HR and Legal global business process and systems to UCB workforce including changing HR business processes while replacing Peoplesoft with SAP HCM and changing Legal Contract Management while introducing SAP E-Sourcing. Managed team that interfaced with vendor while introducing first cloud HR software Taleo, in the company.
