The company was experiencing significant attrition of both employees and book of business. Ultimately grew the business to $85MM and increased policy retention by 40%. • Exceeded new business premium goals by 30% in 2015 and 2016 and implemented a nonprofit product marketing strategy that yielded an average 12% YOY portfolio growth while maintaining less than a 65% loss ratio. • Grew new business policy count by an average of 1,200 policies YOY by diversifying the Social Service book to include religious organizations, schools, elder care, and human service classes for nonprofit (501c3), not for profit, and the for-profit sector.
