Key deliverables• My position is responsible for managing the sales of CNC, VMC, VTL & Turn mill products in the assigned region of North India. It requires interaction with internal stakeholders like Customer service, Technical Service, Key Accounts, Dispatch and SU Head and external stakeholders like Customers and Brands.• Manage sales operations and credit control for the assigned region by identifying and networking with prospective clients, maintaining relations with key opinion leaders, generating business from the existing accounts, achieving profitability and ensuring the sales target is met as per the Operating plan.• Able to provide value added solutions in terms of product, price & sustainability by conducting products trials along with technical team/consultant at various plants and showing the customers value addition in their production processes and retain current customer, manage & upgrade their satisfactory levels by handling their complaints/requirements.• Builds and maintains relationships with customers and other key personal in the industry, executes pricing actions, organizing technical seminars, plant’s visit to build mutual relationship with the customer.• Handling demand forecasting & managing inventory, ensuring optimum inventory levels with channel partners to ensure timely deliveries to the customers.• Managing operations involving coordination with customers, channel partner and Supply chain to achieve cost-effective & time saving Logistics solutions.• Locating and developing new streams for revenue growth and maintaining excellent relationships with customers to achieve repeat / referral business.• Conducting competitor analysis & competency mapping for keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.• Mapping client’s requirements, attending business user meeting, coordinating with technical teams to ensure project health and providing them customized business solutions.

Key deliverablesGood hands-on exposure to FANUC, MITSUBISHI, SIEMENS, and DELTA CNC controllers.Hydraulics & pneumatic cylinders oil seal replacement and solenoid valve troubleshooting job done.Understanding and ability to read Mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and Coolant drawings.Able to replace ball screws, ball screw bearings, rotary axis backlash problems, LM rails & LM block bearings & Machine alignment & geometry correction on the CNC, VMC, VTL and HMC machines.Attending Machine installation/commissioning, Kaizen activities and preventive/breakdown maintenance activities on the CNC, VMC, VTL and HMC machines at the customer's factory.To handle customer complaints and collect customers’ voices. Proactively drive new and innovative ideas for improving and simplifying existing processes and efficiency optimization.Achieve the ASC and spare parts target in the selected zoneAbility to work alone and in a team environment with excellent oral and written communic

Key deliverables are mentioned hereunder• Providing post–sales technical support to customers and dealers to achieve the ‘service’ and customer satisfaction objectives• Analyzing customer and dealer satisfaction data for identifying customers’ and authorized dealer’s expectations in terms of service and support• Supervising and supporting dealers’ secondary network, expanding the dealers’ secondary network as per the agreed plan and ensuring the implementation at all dealerships and secondary network• Conducting routine maintenance work like replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc. for increasing vehicle functionality and longevity• Inspecting vehicle parts and analyzing customer complaint registration to diagnose issues accurately• Making plan actions for improvement of the vehicle through repair, maintenance and up gradation• Providing post service feedback through Customer Relationship and schedule future maintenance sessions• Ensuring ‘With Warranty’, ‘Extended Warranty’ and ‘Post warranty’ reporting as per plan• Studying spares consumption pattern and generating spares and lubes order as per agreed plan• Taking initiatives on process improvement
