• To Source the fabric and co-ordinate with the suppliers based in India including Delhi/NCR , China& Pakistan mills.• To coordinate with New Jersey Design & Product development steam for closures of all the developments before the bulk orders to be placed based on the road map.• To publish the costs & closures on costing before bulk order placements.• Handling of product development for all kind of trims , laces etc. from Delhi /NCR suppliers Like Manohar Filament, KRF , Regency , Concept weavers name a few.• To keep checking that all the fabrics must pass in 3rd Party testing and inspection of all the styles/colors and maintain into the system.• To work on the trackers in the system and co-ordinate with the U.S team for any updates & accordingly closely working with merchandising & desgin team to make the changes happening in trackers and accordingly update to the suppliers & Garment vendors.• To closely co-ordinate with the U.S team for the follow ups of approvals at the initial stages & bulk approvals.• Further coordination with the U.S team for any chase orders come in between the season.

• Contribution in the Increase of sales of the company by coordinating with the main U.S main leading buying offices located in Delhi /NCR Like JC Penny ,The Children Place , Gymboree to name a few .• Handled all the kind of products like cambric , voile , bottom weight etc and handled all kind of print techniques, yarn dyed ,lurex and other fashion products like butta ,high twist fabrics .• Handled customer schedules, supply related issues and preparing monthly dispatch plan.• Account reconciliation & original invoice submission based on price negotiated with customer.• Co-ordination with all internal departments viz.
