• Handling order loading for Indonesia clients.• Assist client manager in generating quotes to facilitate in fast turnaround time. • Responsible of Information gathering and data consolidation of each quote request.• Handle incoming quotation for renewal and non-renewal requests including overseas requests from other NTT Offices.• To ensure completion of quotation and handling Complex orders submission before deadline.• Frequent follow up call required to achieve client request closure within SLA given.• Process and follow-up on dispute case or open issues within SLA given.• Dealing with external and internal queries in a professional and client-oriented manner.• Close alliance with vendors to obtain vendor’s quotations and assist deal/manufacturing part numbers registration if required.• Expediting sales and contract orders through internal liaison and directing feedback from clients to relevant departments.• Establish and maintain good relationship with decision-makers, internal and external Stakeholders.• Responsible for QA process and manage escalations from different stakeholders to resolution and ensure smooth flow of communication with external and internal stakeholders.• Participate in implementation of new process/ tools/transformation activities, process improvements and SOP modification.• Provides mentorship & guidance to new joiners.

• Data processing work related to the logistic field – data search, analysis input, reporting to management.• Presented progress report of the operation’s Key Performances Indicators (KPI) and data integrity reports based on the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).• Update SOP procedures and policies.• Communicate and work in close collaboration with the Local/Internationals Clients, Operation teams, IT department, Team lead to ensure effective management.• Email communication and liaise with customers and vendors.• Ensure all document and report generated are with highest accuracy, error free and escalated to superior and client for speedy resolution.
