Finalizing budgeting and costing details. • Assessing risks and developing contingency plans to meet unforeseen circumstances. • Tracking projects progress across functional domains and resolving issues proactively. • Implementing cost control measures and streamlining inventory management. •Managing contractual cost, schedule, and service deliverables and streamlining inventory management.•Managing internal stakeholders and the customer.•Managing partnerships between the Project Office, clients, vendors, and subcontractor organizations, and managing the implementation of these partnerships to ensure positive customer satisfaction. •Providing account leadership to the service delivery team and direct teams to develop program, project, product, and business strategies, implementing resulting solutions to meet contract deliverables.Achievements: • Successfully executed 3G deployment for Bharti Airtel across 8 Circles in India in record time of 3 months. Based on this performance, selected by the company for retention and currently part of a retention bonus plan. • Ensured delivery of the complete program within scope, time and cost and to complete customer satisfaction. • Above performance has led to repeat orders for Phase 2 and Phase 3 of 3G Program in other Circles. • Pivotal in the planning and migration of Bharti Airtel’s GSM network from 2G to 3G.
