PROJECT EXECUTION: Executing the project with site team and fulfill his requirement so that we can execute the project within schedule.PAYMENT OUTSTANDING: Daily follow of the bill wise outstanding payment. COMPLETION SCHEDULE: Preparing the Provision/Final Time Extension as per contract clause and save the Liquidity Damage (LD) of the Project. SITE VISITING/CLIENT OFFICE: According to work situation to visit site/client office time to time.PROJECT RECORDS: Maintaining records of the project to know the exact project status. Maintain records in file.VENDOR /CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT: Processing bills of vendors/ contractors for payment followed by realization of outstanding with regular follow ups.PAYMENT RECONCILIATION: Preparing the Payment reconciliation (RA wise) with client jointly sign with same figure. MATERIAL RECONCILIATION: Preparing the material reconciliation with site engineer and office engineer. FINAL BILLS: Process the final bill of Project as per contract terms after completion work.RECOVERY: Discharged the Bank Guarantees and Retention Money of the Project.PRICE VARIATION/ ESCALATION: Preparing the price variation invoices and claim also as per contract/project.CONTRACT CLOSING ACTIVITIES: Preparing all documents/certificate and activities i.e Material Reconciliation, Store clearness, Area Clearness, HR Clearness, Scope Completion, Final Deviation if any PG TEST REPORT: Preparing the Performance Guarantee Test Report with help of PG Test Team.PROJECT RECORDS: Maintaining records of the project to know the exact project status. Maintain records in file.ASSIST TO LEGAL TEAM: Preparing claims, documents, and calculate the compound interest on delay in payment.
