Key Contributions:Manage day-to-day operations of 4-SMT line including server mother board line and 2-MI lines overseeing one extended shift of 250 personnel. Building up the entire necessary required infrastructure to produce and test the Electronic sub- assemblies , server mother board and complete product.Communicate directly with technical and Quality team on all the technical plan developments that incorporate production resources and production process selection.
