Integral part of the discovery team for the inital phase of Salesforce development projects. This involves analyzing and understanding the needs of the client, architecting a fitting solution and successfully implementing the design.

Maintain and update website for Collin County. Created web page to promote new programs offered by the county. Worked with HTML and Dreamweaver on a daily basis. Used JavaScript and XML to update feature graphics on website. Worked in Microsoft SharePoint environment to update new election content for May Elections.

Analyzed customer requirements for a new circuit ordering application and worked with client to clarify and focus requirements. Coordinated design development and testing efforts between teams in France, Montreal, and Dallas. Created training documentation and trained each department on the use of the new application.

Created custom hardware design to meet circuit implementation needs for SITA / EQUANT domestic customers. Reviewed final design as a team and created individual implementation documentation specifying new hardware and recommended circuit types necessary to complete project.

Managed major rewrite of a SABRE Direct Access reservation application. Coordinated communication, status and risk management between the Tulsa based development group and the Dallas based customer group. Reported to director level steering committee meetings.

Developed ind implemented the interfaces that allowed SABRE travel agents real time access to individual airlines' reservation information. Member of the technical team that met with partnering international carriers. Analyzed carrier needs, designed interfaced. Coded and tested new software before realtime implementation into the SABRE Reservation System.
