Issue invoices as needed• Prepare variance analysis at management's request• Preparation and submission of all Tax, Statistics and DSMF reportson a timely manner• Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance• Daily cash flow monitoring and management• Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure• Monitor organizational spending to ensure that it is within budget• Processing bank operations (online banking)• Arrangement of salary cards and preparation of monthly salary schedule, leave and final salary calculation tables• Recording of all accounting operations on 1C accounting software on a daily basis• Secure financial information (a full database backup)• Perform other duties as assigned
