Successfully managed and conducted a corporate financial due diligence exercise on an Automotive Dealership and a feasibility study on the overall automotive market in Malaysia for a Japanese Automotive MNC looking to invest in Malaysia. Through high level strategic discussions with MITI and MIDA, successfully obtained a pre-packaged tax incentive for a RM 20 Billion investment, for the establishment of the region’s largest steel manufacturing plant in Sarawak. Company CEO specifically appointed me to continue efficient and effective management of the company’s Talent and Manpower Solutions Division. Lead the department by planning and monitoring daily, weekly and monthly project schedules for the project team to adhere to while organizing weekly meetings with the team to ensure constant and consistent communication to ensure that all relevant project details are relayed effectively and timely.
