I have professional experience of 12 years in the field of Education and the NGO.My highest education qualifications are PGPDM From SPJIMRI have been working for 2 years as the Manager operations in DBM India where I have the expertise of being a team leader, managing 5 centers, ensuring strategic goals are met by setting operational policies, managing employees, overseeing the quality and output of the projects, manage partner relationships and conflicts, bring innovation & technology into the program implementation, ensure growth and development for my team.I have received the award for outstanding performance in the field of Social work twice by DBM India.- I like to keep myself engaged in every different kind of skill-related task, to learn and grow.
