- Worked on Multi-Functional Kiosk terminal with Digital Onboarding of customers and MFK terminal provides Account Opening for New Customers, Account Statement Printing, Civil ID/Resident Card update, Debit Card PIN Change, unblock debit card, Debit Card Activation, Debit Card Replacement, Personal assistance 24/7, Debit card cash withdrawal and POS purchase limit change, New and Supplementary debit card issuance, additional account opening for existing customers and cheque book printing.- Worked on Debit Card Instant Issuance application with Evolis Printer on all bank branches printing all different debit card segment customers.- Responsible for handling the FFM, ATM, POS and Debit Card switch subsystems. - Managing end to end execution for Cards related projects after having discussion with internal team and external vendors AFS and Visa team.- Handling the implementation and deliverables for the Multi-Functional Kiosk and Cards related projects within Ahli Bank.- Preparing and maintenance of the Payment system Keys, CPV and VPA for Visa and MasterCard schemes for card issuance purpose.- Liaison with various Vendors like NCR, CNS, AFS and Euronet for getting the issues resolved. - Updates Job Knowledge by participating in educational Opportunities and keeping up to date with Cards and Payment industry developments.
