As a project manager at the Bureau on ICT for Education (BICTE), I lead and coordinate various initiatives to promote and support the digital transformation of the education sector in Azerbaijan. I work with a diverse team of experts, stakeholders, and partners to design, implement, and evaluate innovative solutions that enhance the quality, accessibility, and efficiency of education services and outcomes.I have a master's degree in politics and governance in the digital age from the University of Tartu, where I gained a comprehensive understanding of the political, social, and economic implications of the digital revolution. I also have a bachelor's degree in public and municipal administration from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Azerbaijan, where I developed a solid foundation in public policy and management.
