My experience spans across international recruitment, EdTech product development and corporate L&D. Varied, I know. But perhaps what I've done the most is take on 0 to 1 roles in mission-driven companies. I'm passionate about enablement and upward mobility. In my present role at the TERN Group, I'm helping build a first-of-its-kind international recruitment platform, which would help enable ethical migration for millions of people, while helping solve the dire labour shortage that many countries in the world are facing. I specifically look after global partnerships and new initiatives, with a special focus on Southeast Asia. In earlier roles, I worked in the Learning & Development space, with experience in both Corporate Learning and the K-12 sector. During this span, I've held multiple roles- as an individual contributor and part of teams. I believe in doing work that aids in enabling (groups of) individuals achieve their goals and aspirations through continuous learning. This is one of the key things that draws me to the work that I do or have done in the past. In pursuit of this goal, I've worked with a few marquee clients and individuals to help design effective and customised learning solutions. During my last stint in K-12 content management, I've focused my energies on two things- the pursuit of building a quality learning product as a team and continuous, focused improvement for individual members of my team. As part of the bigger pursuits, I like to get involved in strategic organisational initiatives, particularly those involved in improving the lives of our employees, such as process improvements or L&D initiatives.Apart from work, I pursue other passions including reading and writing about the humanitarian aspects of the world we inhabit. At a party, I'm usually the guy trying to indulge people in a deep conversation, while simultaneously cracking some intended puns, hoping that some would hit the mark.
