My role involves cross-thematic functional leads, covering both business development for leisure markets as well as management of strategic industry-related projects.Business Development Leisure Markets:Leisure markets are becoming increasingly crucial not only for passenger airlines but also for Lufthansa Cargo, as we leverage the belly cargo capacities on flights operated by Lufthansa Group airlines to and from these markets. This offers substantial growth potential beyond traditional cargo markets. To structurally harness these potentials and enable further business growth, my responsibilities include:• Initiate cargo sales actions for leisure markets in cooperation with global regions• Foster and expand customer network• Identify global market potentials and gain specific market intelligence• Continuous evaluation of market approach to enhance competitive positioning• Support global sales units with market expertise

Load Control for Lufthansa Cargo and Aerologic:• Calculation and planning of load distribution for the aircraft taking into consideration the rules and regulations as per GOM• Cargo unload optimization in regard to aircraft volume and weight• Preparation of relevant documents such as general declarations, permits for local customs authorities, etc.• Production of arrival and departure notifications• Briefing GHA (Ground Handling Agent) about off-on load as well as sequence of loading/unloading• Issuance of loadsheet and completion of Notoc• Dispatch of operational messages as well as other post flight activities• Maintain traffic reports• Coordination of station activities and suppliersRamp Agent in charge for the aircraft handling on the apron:• Check of all ULD’s (Unit Load Devices) for airworthiness to ensure a safe flight operation• Monitoring the condition, the readiness, the amount of the equipment as well as the amount of necessary staff from the GHA required on the aircraft and reporting any irregularities• Loading and unloading of the aircraft as per loading instruction in accordance with the requirements of the GOM or supervising these functions• Coordination and monitoring of the suppliers to ensure punctual performance• Securing of load on aircraft (i.e. locks) and signing of the loading instruction• Responsibility for aircraft and ramp safety• Assisting the supervisor in ensuring that all defined service standards are understood and met by GHA• Ensuring that all work is carried out according to documented quality manual procedures, and promoting a preventative culture using the tools provided• Supporting, cooperating and communicating with all colleagues, including crew and sales staff• Ensuring that security and safety procedures are adhered to in accordance with set procedures• Establishing, maintaining and evaluating statistical data
