Working with UK & Dubai Customers.Mainly working with TESCO - OB/TB/OG Departments.Working with Dubai Buyers - Men's & Ladies Departments plus Baby Departments.Responsible for sample requesting process. (working with signoff deadlines)Collaborate with Design team to fulfill the customer requirements.Communicate with overseas and local suppliers to finalize the complete samples.Coordinate and facilitate the development, completion and dispatch of alldevelopment and marketing related sample through service excellence with aproactive approach, timeliness and accuracy of communication and effectiveproblem solving within stipulated time frames to meet requirements

Support over all functions & related day today operations responding to emails, resolve problems such as wrong orders, payments and refunds. Review transactions to proceed the orders and arrange documents & reports Attending to the special meetings & assignments allocate by management, working in compliance with maintain the standards Assisted in developing marketing strategies to increase sales and analyzing the sales reports Offering advice in a professional and efficient manner Arrange packages and ordering products & return products to the main warehouses. Maintain the ordering reports and return product report to balance the opening stocks.

Coordinate and facilitate the development, completion anddispatch of all development, fit and marketing relatedsample through Service Excellence with a proactiveapproach, timeliness and accuracy of communication andeffective problem solving within stipulated time frames tomeet requirements.Negotiate price and finalization with customer througheffective garment cost engineering and resourcefulapproach in keeping with customer expectations in orderto meet company business objectives.Initiate sourcing of raw materials and negotiate terms suchas price, delivery etc. in order to optimize benefits, in linewith customer expectations, to secure the order.
