• Provide network security technical support to Cisco TAC for FirePower devices: NGIPS/NGFW/FTD/ASA/FMC.• Live debugging on customer’s equipment at TAC’s request for business critical issues when back-end database and code manipulation is required.• Investigate the code to address network security issues escalated by Cisco TAC. • Investigate logs collected by TAC to identify the root cause of security issues escalated like encryption, policy deployment, traffic filtering, UI issues, access control, malware, reputation filtering, upgrade, database, traffic monitoring, backup, data correlation, user identity access and control, etc.• Setting-up virtual platform in vSphere (virtual routers, switches and Cisco FireSight sensors) to reproduce and debug issues.• Providing workarounds and applying hotfixes when the issue is critical.• Working with Dev teams to build hotfixes and address business critical issues.• Address specific database issues (Sybase and Mysql).

• Providing technical support for LTE releases of Alcatel-Lucent to the Regional Technical Assistance Centers in order to analyze the Problem Reports coming from the different customers. • Supporting First Off Acceptance of new products. • Providing technical solution in a timely manner to meet SLA requirements. • Providing on call technical support 24/7. • Logs/traces analysis to investigate the reported issues and provide solution/temporary workarounds. • Test/validation of solutions provided by R&D. • Monitoring/providing remote technical support for critical field activities. • Continuously communicate and exchange expertise with local teams and R&D to find the root cause.• Maintaining weekly meetings with customer and other support teams.• Involved in deployment projects in different countries.

• Provide Emergency Recovery Support to all W-CDMA customers worldwide;• Investigate customer tickets during periods when there is no emergency ongoing activity; • Working directly with customers to manage emergency outage; • Set up all facilities to manage the outage situation with the customer; • Analysis and Diagnosis of Problem by connecting to customer network; • Engage the recovery action to restore the service;• Continuously communicate with the customer to provide updates on the progress of the service restoration; • Engage escalation for increased response velocity; • At end of the outage, perform relevant and synthetic reporting for executive community; • Participate to the Root Cause Analysis of the problem to improve process, tools and expertise; • Perform Handover to another team at the end of the rotation;

• Analysis of system specifications and development requests; • Creation of service procedures for installation and HW/SW upgrade of operational Network Elements; • Validation with System Test team or cross validation inside the team;• Testing of procedures on platform;• Fault Reports/Change Requests- correction/validation; • Software/hardware testing mainly in Solaris environment using SUN servers; • Maintenance after deployment on the field; • On call service for field operators;
