CurrentManagerial on all activities in the civil laboratory, Lead client engagement activities through client and project site visits to drive business to the laboratory.Supervise the mobilization and demobilization of laboratory staff for onsite operations of the companySupervise laboratory testing activities of laboratory staff Sanction the validity and reliability of engineering tests results before they’re delivered to clients;Oversee reports prepared for laboratory works for delivery to clientsSupervise training on laboratory tests and laboratory procedures in areas where they may require capacity building and continuous training of new staff.Advice the laboratories operations on such technical matters as they may arise.Provide technical advisory services to the laboratory staff as and when required on projects;
