Organization & Administrative Management: • Creation and monitoring of schedules, organization and respect of performance indicators• Drafting of activity reports and investigation/management reports • Drafting and application of procedures, creation and management of administrative and technical documents• Management of stock and production flow, metrology and subcontractors • Management of absences, keeping up with legal current affairs, customer claims and non-conformities • Follow-up of administrative and industrial files: estimates, invoices, mission contracts • Participation in meetings, resolution of problems and technical improvements • Good command of software tools: Pack Office, Lotus Notes, Outlook, SIAM, Oracle, PRMS, Progress-On, Split 4, Google Mail, Google Drive, Google Map, Mappy, PICRU, GAMA, GPP, Agate, Qualiac, E-Deal, Managexam.• Participation in ISO, GMED and FDA Audits• Checking of compliance with Standards and Procedures (GMP, 5S, ESD) Technical: • Assembly, disassembly, repair of computers, installation and Software updates• Control of medical devices for blood testing (technical use and interventions)• Control of laboratory tools and biological products• Scale models and product improvements in Research and Development. Use of measuring equipment.
