We are a husband and wife team of Chartered Professional Accountants with 15+ years of experience. Our story starts in a medium sized accounting firm where we met, and worked for 6+ years completing our CPA, CA designations. There we worked on several large and small public and private companies, as well as personal and corporate tax, giving us vast experience across the board. After public practice, both Pascal and Nicki became financial controllers, Pascal worked his way up to being the CFO of a public company. Having spent equal time in public practice and industry, we have realized we enjoy both. This is why we started PANN Consulting, and offer the services we do. Nicki specializes in part-time controller services, personal and corporate tax. Pascal specializes in part-time CFO services, and is very well versed in public companies and their reporting requirements.
