After 3 years as OPC it was time to change. I used to be team leader before and wanted to head in that direction again, that's how I arrived at Cash Management. Since May I'm responsible for one of the 4 teams, 12 persons report directly to me.

Internal control structured finance, teamleader of 1 other teammember. Risks are inherent to our job, control of this risk proves to be very important. When arriving in the team, the basis of the controls were already present, but during my 3 years there I completed the control plan, adapted and completed the controls and participated to several boards in connection with risk and compliance. The job was also interesting due to the fact there was a team in Paris too, allowing me to have contacts and discussions with French colleagues.

Teamleader of 28 FTE and responsible of the backoffice collections and export credit. Trade finance proved to be a very complex and interesting department. After three years the backoffice was offshored to India. I stayed in place till all teammembers and all files were transferred to the new teams abroad.

Teamleader of approx 30 FTE at the beginning and three teams afterwards. The team was responsible for all coupon payments of Belgian and foreign values on client accounts. Part of the team ensured follow up of the different coupon payments and encoded this in our payment system. These were my last steps in my 17 year career at E2E operations.

Verantwoordelijk voor een team van vijf mederwerkers in het team van belgische verrichtingen op effecten. Ons team behandelde alle types van verrichtingen zoals toekenningen, omwisseling, warranted, enz. Op het einde werd ik een jaar gedetacheerd om de teams bij aslk op te volgen en de overname van de dossiers in goede banen te helpen.

Begonnen als rva stagiair, nadien een contract bepaalde duur en uiteindelijk vast aangeworven. Na een paar maanden bij custody kwam ik bij verrichtingen op effecten terecht waar ik verschillende taken uitvoerde.
