It covers many aspects of Sustainability such as Climate Change, Energy Transistion, Human Rights and Biodiversity protection, and is built on key international frameworks such as SDGs, UNGC Principles, SBTs. • Strategic planning included: competitive positioning, areas of focus, integration within corporate strategy, materiality, alignment with customer needs, targets definition, • Transformation planning generated changes in the way resources were mobilized and allocated, in how we designed operational and governance structure, it required tailored communication, roles and responsibilities in sustainability were embedded deep into every business unit and supporting functions with specific trainings, reporting reached all parts of the company and required expert coordination, finally even cooperation with stakeholders was positively impacted. • All these changes generated strong employees engagement and sparked a virtuous circle based on understood and shared sustainability principles which then allowed for recurring employee based and led initiatives.
