Designed and built a multiple user program using Excel, Word and VBA.This program is used to track their outbound sales staff commissions. It also generates custom built reports using graphs and sheets. Using Crystal Reporting I generate any reports requested by management about data in their CMS.These range from creating marketing letters to getting every sale for the past five years.
