As Co-founder of the Start-Up, I oversaw the growth of the company ( 3 countries, with up to 50 employees) in charge of company Finance. ( 7 M€ Net-incomes)Led negotiations with Bank, CO authored sales strategy, negotiated supplier partnership and managed customer/vendor relationship.

Looking for new challenges, I created PIServices a Start-up aiming to provide Development, Network & monitoring Infrastructure consulting in the fast pace growing internet market. First in charge of legacy IBM financial System (cool, CICS), I joined the European Strategic IT team in charge of developing the Phoenix software : a Pan European ERP for the company.Working closely with the Business across 5 main different countries, I was in charge of the Insurance, Product, Tax and maintenance Client Server modules development ( done by Offshore team). Later on, as Project leader, I led many integration/outsourcing and strategy quality project for the France platform. I was nominated employee of the year in 1996.
