Currently leading a very successful school in Sundsvall. As the first Principal led the start and implementation of the school. Brought together teachers from all over the world and Sweden and got them to focus on the common goal outlined in the strong ethos of Engelska Skolan. Saw the school grow from 25 employees to 120 while never losing sight of its profile. Successfully marketed the school and effectively controlled how the local media covered this rapid expansion.Gives talks and coaches private companies in regards to leadership and negotiations. Has been working since 2015 with Stuart Diamond who is a world leading negotiator and the author of a New York Time Best Seller book called Getting More. In 2013 was also involved in helping Henrik Zetterberg Captain or the Red Wings hockey club in Detroit and Jan Jutbo promote Royal Swedish Snowballs on the international scene.In 2017 Liza-Maria Norlin wrote a book about myself as leader and how I've been applying values in my leadership.
