Takes over from proposal management and leads flawless execution of customer project, from customer order till customer final acceptance on time and on budget. Manages project execution sales, costs, profit as per company standards and as agreed in the final order acknowledgement. Responsible to ensure all stage gates are passed with adherence to the Project Management process and to the approved project plan (Project Execution Plan). Manages a close change order policy that will contribute in a positive way to the financial bottom-line savings.- Mobilize internal and external resources required- Create plans and schedules: GANTT, PERT, sales curve, cash curve, risk management, claims management, change management plan- Evaluate and manage all change requests as to feasibility, costs/benefits and added value- Deliver the signed-off business case for the customer project at Submit gate- Manage the project’s P&L and improves margin everywhere possible: team, delivery, procurement- Identify up-selling opportunities in course of project- Participate in formal offer review before proposal submission ensuring that site works cost are properly reflected- Define the risks of the project and develop scenarios to overcome them- Tailos customer project process based on project needs- Actively participate and contribute to the Project Management Community of Practice (CoP)
