Energy & Industry, marketing dept (Magny les Hameaux, France)• Developed and grew business on mega energy projects ranging from 15 to 25 B€ by managing projects from specifications to sales supports on site. These projects were spread across the world including China, UK, Finland and France.• Managed strategic relationships between Hilti and global companies such as AREVA, Alstom and EDF. Involved in development of international business strategy for those accounts. • Managed 2 project managers to develop energy and industry business in the French energy market (achieved growth of 60% in 2 years).

Marketing dpt (Magny les Hameaux, France) • Developed and executed strategies on new strategic segments for Hilti. Those strategies focused on developing business on segments such as energy, civil and tunnel.• Identified the need to develop new products for the strategic segments. Lead the new products development strategies in France for the identified segments. • Networked and established relationships with key market organization and association by attending seminars, conferences and industry workshops.

Plant factory, colouring plastics SORECO, 20pers, 3.5 M€ (Oyonnax, France)• Led SORECO, subsidiary of ICO Polymers in all aspects: production, marketing and sales. • Heavily involved on manufacturing process strategies. Implemented Lean manufacturing methodology (6 Sigma, 5S, SMED).• Increased the turnover from 2 M€ to 3.5 M€ by developing customers platform strategies for the subsidiary.• Focused on mitigating risk on profitability by developing industrial partnerships on vendor and customer side of the supply chain.

50 pers, 7.5 M€ (Montereau Fault Yonne, France)• Management of 29 people on the production floor which included 3 shifts per day.• Led the technology change from existing recycling methodology to latest powder technology.
