As the Global Vice President of Salomon Direct-to-Consumer (Retail & e-Commerce), I created the D2C new business from scratch & supported the D2C extension of the Amer Sports Softgoods Brands (Arc’teryx & Peak Performance including the Due Diligence phase). Following 10 years of sustainable & profitable development, D2C has now become the key driver of our Company growth & transformation. My main focus is currently on accelerating Salomon Direct-to-Consumer business & Omni-channel transformation initiatives to deliver a new unified Experience - I am an entrepreneurial, strategic and growth-oriented business leader, with a successful track record of international P&L, strategic planning and Brand Management leadership- I have extensive international experience (over 30 years) with over 15 years in Omni-channel management (e-Commerce, Brand stores, Factory Outlets, Partner stores & cross-channels)- I enjoy driving major sustainable changes and inspiring multi-cultural teams to deliver Company objectives and strategy in complex environments- I have consistently worked successfully in global, regional and local environments and am comfortable thinking cross-functionally & operating across continents- I am comfortable working within a matrix structure & keen on breaking down silos- My experience includes international P&L accountability, brand re-positioning, leading new business integration, Direct-to-Consumer extension, organization and process re-engineering
