Since the beginning of my carrier at EUROCONTROL, I learned a great deal about managing conference rooms:- Projection systems and displays for small and large venues- Interpretation and amplification systems (Bosch, Sennheiser, DIS)- Videoconference (Cisco-Tandberg: MXP, Edge, SX, TCS, MCU, TMS)- Web conferencing tools like Webex- Teleconference systems - Control systems: Creston, AMX, Extron- Wireless Presentation Systems (Clickshare)- Digital Signage - Video and audio editing tools (Camtasia, Adobe Premiere)- Video and audio recording system (Medirva)I have a lot of experience as an end-user but also as a buyer of different solutions to equip meeting rooms.My team manages 13 conference rooms and 15 small meeting rooms. They are all equipped with audio visual equipment.The biggest room can accommodate 233 people and is fully equipped with interpretation system and visual support.We also manage more than 20 videoconference systemsIn the conference center only we welcome 65000 people and accommodate 2500 meetings a year.The main force of the team is the customer oriented support.
