Training , advising surpervising the UN Formed Police Units currently deployed in the mission area in Crowd Control, weapon safety weapon handling, shooting, tactical progression, escort ....

• Assist and monitor the arrival and the departure to/from the mission area of all the FPUs. (Induction)• Make patrols to inspect FPUs at their static duties.• Inspect FPU camps in order to assess living conditions, the storage, condition and re-supply of the anti-riot equipment, as well as the condition of other equipment and ensure that these are suitable. Inspections to be done in PAP and in Regions.• Coordinate escort duties involving FPU’s.• Carry out recon patrols to locate and asses special operations involving the FPU, PNH, UNPOL and Military.• Conduct COE Inspections with the COE Unit, both in PAP and in Regions.• Implement strategy and guidelines in order to facilitate the daily tasks of the FPU.• Coordinate all the operational activities of the FPU according to the mission mandate and the tasks outlined in mission-specific implementation plans.• Provide assistance to FPU commanders to clarify appropriate FPU tasks.• Identify the strength and the weaknesses of the FPU.• Evaluate and identify the level of competence of the units in public order management tactics and techniques, as well as monitor their overall performance.• Assist the FPU on the scene of any demonstration which they are involved.• Attend as operational Officer and adviser, the scene of any demonstration in which more than one FPU are involved, unless authority has been otherwise delegated.• Propose improvements to the organization and functionality of the FPU.• Organize training on public order management, as well as on all other FPU tasks, in order to develop the operational capabilities of the FPU and ensure equal access to training opportunities for women as well as specific training if so needed.• Schedule joint exercises involving at least two FPUs.• Prepare and coordinate joint operations with FPU, UNPOL, Military, PNH and any other organization. • Report all decisions and activities that contribute to increasing FPU efficiency and capabilities.

I was mainly deployed as International Instructor and specialized in UN selection (UNSAT) I have conducted selections in approximately 15 countries I'm a crowd control specialist certified by UN as FPU Train of TrainersI have more than 10 years experience abroad in international organisations
