As part of a newly formed team, successfully certify the software and equipment by prioritizing the critical tasks.•Supervised engineer work on the implementation of new equipment and software to implement SELCAL 32 on VHF and HF in Gander. •Organized the COOP students’ program for the Communication group from 2016 to 2020. The group had 6 different students for a total of 8 semesters. Some of the COOP students are now part of the Communication Engineering team.
