Managing a team of surety specialists consisting of (Sr.) Relationship- Sales Managers, Account Managers and Account Assistants within an insurance company with a corporate banking profile. The team services an international client portfolio of large corporate clients in Maritime, Offshore and Energy sectors with revolving guarantee facilities. Assisting clients with complex/customized guarantee requests, participate in, or structure, syndicated facilities with other surety providers and/or global leading banks. Responsible for the quarterly and/or annual financial and operational risk assessments of our client portfolio conducted by our (Sr.) Relationship Managers, internal processes and sales objectives. As a sparring partner on C-suite level, I maintain network- and investor relations for our sectors and Nationale Borg as a whole.
