Project Management primarily for newly build gearboxes (Industry/Atex/Maretime etc.).Tasks include budget management, planning, work preparation production & assembly, production guidance, sub-contracting, purchasing and handle any unforseen circumstances / technical hurdles with assistance of engineering.Besides complete gearboxes the function also includes the above mentionned tasks for production of any internal spare parts, including specialty high speed components and production under class.
