Pascal Descargues is the founder and CEO of Genoskin, a company that provides the biotech, pharma, cosmetic, and chemical industries with access to reliable human efficacy and safety data using living and immunocompetent human skin models. Pascal has over 15 years of experience in developing and commercializing innovative skin model technologies and immunoprofiling services, as well as a PhD in Pathophysiology from the University of Toulouse.Pascal's vision is to secure drug development and reduce animal experimentation by leveraging human skin samples that are usually discarded after plastic surgeries. He founded Genoskin in 2011 after a postdoctoral research fellowship at the University of California San Diego, where he gained valuable insights into skin research. Under his leadership, Genoskin has established partnerships with numerous global clients and has become a leader in the field of non-clinical testing and skin immunology research.
