Honest, loyal, helpful, ambitious, self-critical, transparent and passionate. This is my answer to the question of my strengths. After 6 years as a car mechanic, the technical aspect was no longer enough for me and I decided to develop further in my career. As a product expert I learned the hard skills I was missing to be able to work successfully in sales. After 3 years of gaining experience, I was able to advance internally to a salesman.Now I can take responsibility myself and have product experts to support me and to whom I can offer my previous experience to help them develop further. Although I am still at the beginning of my career, it is great to be able to support new and old colleagues with my skills. Through this I have realized that I am not only very passionate about working with cars, but also have a great passion for customer service, employee development and leadership! I was also able to complete the worldwide certification as a Mercedes-Benz sales consultant best in class with a grade point average of 5.7 out of 6. Mercedes-Benz Switzerland has informed my company that such an achievement is reached only once every 5-10 years. Nevertheless, I still have a lot to work on myself, I am aware of that. But, in my opinion, we need to take a little break now and then to celebrate our successes. This gives me the motivation and the incentive to strive for more!Through my career so far I have learned that for every problem there is a solution, as long as you do not turn off your mind in anger, sooner or later you will find it. Through this experience I have also been able to adjust large processes in our company to increase efficiency and save valuable employee time and costs. Therefore, I don't see failures as something negative, but rather as something to be able to grow.So I am really looking forward to the challenges and chances coming up in the future! 🧑‍💼🔥
