Full stack algorithm engineer. This starts with strategies for data collection and data augmentation. For the model training, I try to focus on a systematic approach to find the best performing models quickly and detect problems with the training data early. In production, I deployed algorithms to a wide range of targets; from the cloud to low-power devices where low-level optimization and network quantization is essential.

Focus of Research: 3D reconstruction of coronary arteries from biplane fluoroscopy. Given stereo X-ray videos with segmentations of the coronary arteries, my task was to reconstruct the 3D shape of those arteries.
