Purchase And Logistic Manager
CurrentIn charge of defining and implementing the company's purchasing strategy and overseeing the logistics chain.Main missions are as follows:- Supervise the procurement and purchasing activities of 4 peoples- Find and select suppliers and / or subcontractors- Lead negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors in a spirit of partnership- Ensure the purchasing and supply of parts, sub-assemblies, materials, consumables, services, for the entire company (production and overheads) while respecting the logistics chain,- Ensure constant monitoring of Products / Suppliers, monitor markets and associated risks- Develop and implement strategies for sourcing, securing contracts, reducing costs (portfolio optimization, harmonization and globalization of purchases, etc.)- If necessary, support the technical teams to understand and formalize their needs, from the outset of projects Also, and to ensure the quality of the manufacturing of parts, assemblies and sub-assemblies,- Piloting and management of supplier quality assurance (management of N-C, disputes, monitoring and evaluation of suppliers, ...).- Development of purchases in the Low Cost zone (Slovakia, Romania, Portugal, Poland).- Global portfolio of 25 millions euros and 400 suppliers,- Direct responsibility for technical purchases on plan (= 12 million euros and 40 suppliers) necessary for assembly: boiler frame, mechanically welded assembly and machined parts.- Risk management: establishment of safety stock and development of dual sources on all strategic components,
