Equipment were relocated in Asia, USA and Switzerland.ENERGIZER France, Caudebec-Lès-Elbeuf, Batteries packaging 1999-2005• Managed a plant of up to 180 colleagues specialized in Product customization and packaging for the european markets. Turnover about 15 m€. • Developed and implemented a project for including external customers within the plant to allow a diversifying opportunity up to 15% of turnover.• Led several down-sizing plans to allow plant financial performance to remain flat while turnover going down by 15% per year.• Implemented LEAN initiatives to reach lead time reduction (from 3 to 1 week), while improving Customer service quality from 25 to 40%.

Took the lead of a new business entity after a major restructuring program, proposed and implemented new organization principles, selection of colleagues.Managed the Technical services as well as the Quality Assurance department, implemented 6 Sigma principles.Led the manufacturing support services for batteries assembly in plants in France and USA.
