Consultant depuis 2015, j’épaule les chefs de petites entreprises (moins de 50 salariés) dans leurs problématiques administratives et financières. Homme d'opérations et de management, j'ai toujours été intéressé par l'alchimie des équipes qui gagnent, c'est pourquoi je me suis certifié à la méthode de profiling Map and Match qui permet d'accroître la performance des équipes sur le terrain.J'ai rejoins AMAGAR Coaching Solutions pour me consacrer au développement de cette pratique en soutien de projet et opérations."In the personal domain as in the professional domain, my raison d'être is to provide support in the realization of projects.With a financial and HR background, I put this talent into my career in the service of Operations Management, then I was a manager of small companies in the field of education and technology. Consultant since 2015, I support small businesses entrepreneurs (less than 50 employees) in their administrative and financial issues.As a man of operations and management, I have always been interested in winning teams chemistry , which is why I certified recently in the Map and Match profiling method, which aims at increasing the performance of teams in the field.I joined AMAGAR Coaching Solutions to devote myself to the development of this practice in a project management and operations position.
