- Coordinate projects onboarding: Guide customers through the integration of new deployments in methods and projects
- Assess customer needs: Understand unique requirements and business objectives.
- Execute customer success plans: Create customized plans for customer success with Renault teams.
- Proactively engage with customers: Provide updates, address concerns, and act as their advocate.
- Monitor simulations performance: Track metrics and analyze usage patterns to ensure customer satisfaction.
